I dealt with Nancy and Emily, who are the manager and assistant manager there at the store, and they were absolutely wonderful. They took care of my every need. They provided me with the most outstanding, excellent and exceptional customer service one could ask for!! Wonderful store and very knowledgeable staff! Debbie was super sweet with my daughter as she held a cockatiel. We brought home "Banana" and are very happy with our experience.

Top notch bird shop. Nancy is an amazing groomer. Gretchen and Emily are always friendly and down to talk. Bought a miligold here a few years back. Thanks to this shop I have a lifetime companion. Best prices on cages. Best harnesses. They have been super helpful with free flight info. Stopping in ABS is always a highlight for me. Shop local, support small.
