Yeah, this place was gross. The food bins had moths and worms in them. WORMS! in the bird food bins -- bins, yes, every bin we looked at had worms in it. That's disgusting. The store smells bad like the bird droppings haven't been cleaned up often enough and it has permeated the place. I can see all the reviews about poor customer service. No one even bothered to greet us when we walked in the door. A simple Hello would have been nice. The store had been open for years, so someone must shop here, but I can't imagine who would shop at a place that has worms in their food bins.

Good variety of toys, treats, food, and birds. Also, the people who work here are super knowledgeable and nice.

A great place to buy everything you need for your bird and if you don't have a bird there isn't a bird store with better birds in the Phoenix area. Nancy is the best knowledgable helpful and truly a bird whisperer

I've boarded my 2 lovebirds here. $15/night per cage. They'll clip their wings, nails and shave down the beak for a small fee. Something like $10/$15 a bird. Fresh water and food daily. Highly recommend for an affordable boarding house!

As a new lovebird owner, I had a zillion questions. Gretchen patiently answered them all. I left with supplies, and more confidence. I highly recommend this gem.
