Went in today for a cage and some accessories and felt compelled to write this exceptional review! I dealt with Nancy and Emily, who are the manager and assistant manager there at the store, and they were absolutely wonderful. They took care of my every need. They provided me with the most outstanding, excellent and exceptional customer service one could ask for!! Store is very filthy. There were dog feces on the floor and two large dogs loose behind the counter. All the items are overpriced and covered in dust and dander. Items are not safe to bring home to your birds due to contamination from the numerous other birds that share the same airspace. Bulk food is stale and full of seed moths. Majority of water sources in cages were dirty or empty and several birds looked unwell.

They are supper friendly and extremely knowledgeable about their birds, and they answered any question I had about any bird. They recommended information to read up on before I made a purchase to give me more insight. They also allowed me to interact with the birds and hold them. I am definitely going back to purchase one of the birds there.
