This place was magical. We visit bird stores from time to time, just to interact with feathery friends. This place did not disappoint. Not only were the birds engaging, but so was the staff. The woman who "assisted" us appeared to love her job, and genuinely welcomed our presence. I wish i knew this woman's name - she could train many retail businesses in service.

Went in today for a cage and some accessories and felt compelled to write this exceptional review! I dealt with Nancy and Emily, who are the manager and assistant manager there at the store, and they were absolutely wonderful. They took care of my every need. They provided me with the most outstanding, excellent and exceptional customer service one could ask for!! I’ve been going there for a good while and I will continue to go up there and tell all my friends and family as well!! Thanks again, ladies two thumbs up 👍🏻 👍🏻

Absolutely love this place! Kid friendly just make sure an adult is carefully watching. The Arizona Bird Store has got to be one of the coolest Birds stores in Arizona! I have been many times and each time has been a special time. Be sure to be respectful to the birds. Ask staff what is appropriate to do. The bird room was a superb experience! Be sure to read all of the signs before entering. You can bring your own fruit and feed them but be sure to do research before hand or ask an employee. The employees are very knowledgeable and compassionate about all of the birds. Another word of advice would be sure to wear longer sleeves just in case. It is a louder environment depending on the time of the day. This is a semi handicap accessible place but there are some tight spaces please keep in that in mind. Calling ahead of time is always a plus. They sell all of kinds of cafes, food, toys and etc for the birds.

Got my cockatiel here a few months ago. The staff is a bit light, but I've had nothing but great experiences during my visits. They treat all their birds like family and I feel I received a quality bird that adapted very well to my home. It's a healthy and lovely little fellow.
